Wendy Crawford’s mission is to provide professional counseling within a Christian context. She uses established therapeutic techniques against the solid guidance of Scripture to help clients learn more effective and healthier ways of dealing with life's struggles.
Wendy provides Individual & Marriage counseling for couples and adults suffering from a variety of emotional, relational, and spiritual difficulties. Her practice specialties include depression, anxiety, stress management, marital conflict and communication, divorce recovery, relationship issues, sleep problems, life transitions, parenting issues, trauma and grief, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, workplace/career problems, and anger management.
During counseling clients are encouraged to engage in healthy behaviors that reframe and reshape existing attitudes towards their current life circumstances. Clients acquire skills that enhance their ability to fully participate in life. Through counseling they will experience changes such as: growth in their spiritual life, emotional healing, restored family relationships, improved overall wellness, and improved standard of living.
Wendy is a Focus on the Family Marriage Intensive Therapist and has a private practice in the North Atlanta area. She employs both Cognitive Behavioral and Family Systems counseling techniques during sessions with her clients.
